Boards, cards, sprints & delivery.
Start nowA won deal becomes a project against the same account. The brief, the files and the contacts carry over.
Boards, templates and goals, plus a capacity view that shows who is over-committed two weeks before the deadline slips.
Throughput, cycle time, workload and budget across every project, not one board at a time.
Quotes, invoices, payments & billing.
Start nowA quote becomes an invoice in one step, using the same customers, products and currency the rest of the platform already knows.
Send a payment link, take the payment online, and let overdue reminders send themselves on a schedule you set.
Invoices, payments, expenses and payslips reported together, exportable when the board asks.

Web forms, WhatsApp, Facebook, Google and your inbox all land in the same list. No tab-switching, no re-typing, nothing lost in a spreadsheet.
Drag a lead through your own stages. Activities, calls and meetings attach themselves to the record, so the history is there without anyone maintaining it.
Build the quote from your price book, win the deal, and hand it to delivery or billing without exporting anything.
Most teams run a CRM, a project tool, an invoicing app and a shared inbox, none of which talk to each other. Here they are the same system.
Each app is a different view of the same data, the same customers, the same people, the same files. Nothing is exported between them because nothing needs to be.
Switch an app on and it appears in the sidebar the same afternoon. No migration, no second login, no data to move across.
Roles are a tree of apps, modules and actions. Give someone exactly the access their job needs, once, and it holds everywhere.
A customer added in one app is the same record in every other. No sync, no duplicates, no arguing about which list is current.
Drafting, summarising, enriching and scheduling across every app. Use the built-in assistant or plug in your own provider key.
Email and calendars, meetings, payments and messaging, connected once per workspace and available to every app on the platform.
Every app reports on the records your team actually works in, so the numbers reconcile instead of needing a spreadsheet to explain them.
Run several companies, brands or client accounts side by side. Data never crosses between workspaces; you switch with one click.
Start on the free plan, add an app when a team actually needs it, and raise a single limit with a capacity pack instead of upgrading everything at once. One bill, itemised.
Every app shares the same customers, the same team and the same permissions. Add one and it appears in the sidebar, no migration, no second login.

Human Resource Management (HRM)
Brand kit, content studio, media library, landing pages, social publishing and SEO. Campaigns, sequences and automation live in the CRM App.
The assistants work on the records your team already keeps (the same customers, projects and invoices) so their answers come from your business, not a generic model guessing.
Ask for what you need in plain language, find the leads that went quiet, update a record, draft the follow-up. The assistant works on your workspace data and never deletes anything.
Point it at a company or a contact and it completes the record from your connected providers first, then the open web, then inference, and shows you which is which before anything is saved.
Every account carries a health signal and a suggested next step, derived from real activity in the workspace rather than a field someone forgot to update.
Proposes who should take a task and when the work fits, using declared availability and open commitments. It proposes; a human applies. It never reschedules your board on its own.
Drop in a bill or a receipt and the amounts, dates and supplier come back filled in, ready to check rather than ready to type.
Use the built-in assistant or connect your own provider key per workspace. Every AI feature offers the choice, so your data goes where your policy says it goes.
AI usage is metered per account and shared across your workspaces. Add more with a capacity pack whenever you need it.
Connect your mailbox, calendar, payments and messaging once per workspace. Every app on the platform then uses them.

We were paying for three tools that all disagreed about who our customers were. Moving to one workspace ended a weekly argument.
The capacity view is the thing I did not know I needed. I can see who is over-booked two weeks out instead of finding out on the deadline.
Quotes turn into invoices without anyone re-typing them, and the overdue reminders go out on their own. That alone paid for it.
We state what is actually in place, and say so plainly when something is still in progress.
Every record belongs to exactly one workspace, enforced in the data layer on every request rather than filtered in the interface.
Roles are a tree of apps, modules and actions, so a contractor can have one project without your customer list.
Add a second factor, plus per-workspace IP rules where access needs restricting by location.
All traffic to the platform and its API is served over TLS.
Significant changes are recorded with who did what, and when.
A Data Processing Agreement, a published sub-processor list, and a data-request process with a 30-day response.
Uploads are served through the platform against your workspace permissions, not as a public link that keeps working after someone leaves.
Remove a member or end every session, and it applies on their next request rather than whenever a token happens to expire.
Start free. Add apps and capacity per workspace when you actually need them.
All prices exclude local taxes. Apps and capacity are billed per workspace, so nothing is bundled into a tier you did not ask for.
Capacity packs raise one limit at a time and stack with any plan. Some are shared across all your workspaces; the rest apply to one.
Packs can be added or removed at any time and are billed alongside your apps.
A workspace is one company’s space on the platform, its customers, projects, invoices, team and settings. Data never crosses between workspaces. If you run several businesses, or need to keep a client’s data separate, you create a workspace for each and switch between them from the same login.
No. Every workspace starts with the apps on its plan, and you switch others on when you need them. An app you have not enabled does not appear in the sidebar and does not get billed.
Yes, in detail. Roles are built as a tree of apps, modules and actions, so you can give someone access to one project without exposing your customer list, or let a bookkeeper see invoices but not deals.
You are told before it becomes a problem, and you can buy a capacity pack (extra users, storage, AI credits) without changing plan. Limits apply per workspace.
Yes. Connect a Gmail or IMAP mailbox to send from your own address, and plug in your own AI provider key if you would rather not use the built-in one. Both are configured per workspace.
Reports export to PDF and lists export to CSV from inside the app. Your invoices, leads and projects are yours; there is no export fee and no notice period.
Yes: one workspace, a small team and the core modules, with no card required. It does not expire.
Leads, contacts and customers import from CSV, and the import runs in the background so a large file does not tie up your browser. If you would rather not do it yourself, tell us what you are moving from and we will help.
Create a workspace, invite your team and import your first leads, all on the free plan.
